Discover the Soul of Moroccan Cuisine

Welcome to MaCooking, where the rich flavors, vibrant spices, and timeless traditions of Moroccan cooking come to life. We are a family-driven team of Moroccan food enthusiasts, dedicated to sharing the magic of our culinary heritage with the world.

Our Story

Moroccan cuisine is more than just food—it’s a celebration of culture, love, and togetherness. Our journey began in the heart of Morocco, where generations of our family have perfected the art of blending spices, crafting slow-cooked tagines, and baking fluffy msemen. What started as a shared passion around our own kitchen table has grown into this blog, where we invite you to experience the warmth and authenticity of Moroccan home cooking.

Meet Our Team

We are a team of five passionate cooks—three women and two men—each bringing unique skills and family recipes to the table. From Fez to Marrakech, our roots inspire every dish we create. Together, we test, photograph, and share recipes that stay true to Morocco’s culinary traditions while adapting to modern kitchens.

  • The Spice Masters: Our aunties (Nora, Fadma, and Iman) handle the secret spice blends and traditional recipes passed down through generations.
  • The Grill & Bread Experts: Our uncles (Mouhamed and Ahmed) specialize in Moroccan breads, grilled meats, and outdoor cooking techniques.

Our Mission

To preserve the authenticity of Moroccan cuisine while making it accessible to home cooks worldwide. Every recipe on this blog is tested, photographed, and shared with love—just like in a Moroccan family kitchen.
